From the Website of the City Council  The  (City) Council will work with the adult education and GED testing providers to encourage more individuals without a high school diploma to take preparation classes and also take an Official Practice Test (a simulated test mirrors the GED) before they take the GED test.DISTRICT 27 NEWS   Martin Danenberg is a leader in GED Practice testing because he has the program that accelerates knowledge after taking the practice test.  He is your parent involvement partner for D-PAC
  isQueen Makkada has been telling parents how important the GED is to involving parents in the education process for their children.  City Councilman Robert Jackson rocked the SAVE THE GED TEST RALLY AT CITY HALL telling New Yorkers that the children will be more interested in education when they see their own parents studying and educating themselves.

May 31, 2010 Hello! My name is Suhaylah. My weekend (Sat. 5/22/2010 - Sun. 5/23/2010) at the Hilton Hotel in Melville, Long Island was GREAT. I was there with my mother (Khadijah) for the District 27 Title 1 Parent Training. I'm one of the students that you interviewed for learning Spanish the easy way. Thank you for giving me good advice. I told some of my classmates what I learned from you. I really love that you are helping people to get their G.E.D because if it wasn't for you people wouldn't get their G.E.D.
